Submissions
Please note, we are reading for our Triple Series (20 print pages per writer) and are otherwise closed for new submissions except for the upcoming anthology, STILLS; poets respond to the films of the 2025 CASCADIA INTERNATIONAL WOMENS FILM FESTIVAL (April 24-27th, Bellingham, WA or online.)
For the STILLS anthology, we are looking primarily for poetry, but also a wide range of ancillary media such as prose poems, short poetic essays, art, artistic oddity, etc., work with a poetic bent, that responds to one or more of the films shown at the festival. NOTE: For those who do not attend the festival, reasonably priced individual tickets for online viewing are available ad poets intending to write for the anthology receive a discount.
The in-person festival runs from April 24-27, but select films will be available for online viewing May 1-11, individually or as a group, for a modest fee. To compensate for the charge, though small, we are not charging a submission fee.
